ADHD Coaching & Support

This is a 1:1 Coaching Session for therapists, educators and allied health professionals to understand, support and implement changes that help children and adults flourish within their home, school or work environments.

RMT is an excellent resource for schools, I am able to come into schools and work with a specific child or I can offer training in a flexible program to either a small or large group of teachers or teaching assistants.

I can offer 3 courses that can be taught to school staff:​

School Readiness - this can be offered as a two day course, on two consecutive days, over two weeks or as 4 half days on consecutive weeks.

​

RMT Level 1 - this can be offered as two day course, on two consecutive days, or on two consecutive weeks or over four consecutive weeks.

​

RMT Level 2 - this can be offered as a one day course, usually as a follow on from Level 1, or over two consecutive weeks.  It is a requirement to have completed Level 1 first.

Held face to face in various locations, this 3-day RMTi level 1 and level 2 will help you recognise, understand and implement support strategies for neurodiverse people.

​

Rhythmic Movement Training is a natural movement-based programme which can help to integrate the primitive and postural reflexes from early childhood development. The reflexes have been found to help setup the neurological foundations for mind and body development that should have all played their role sufficiently by around the age of 4 years old.

​

RMT gives us the second opportunity to revisit the early years and help develop and strengthen the neurological senses that may have been missed or not had sufficient time to fully develop and integrate, so that we can reach our highest potential.

The Functional Reflex Therapy framework for Reflexology is designed for children and adults with autism, autistic spectrum disorders, learning difficulties, neurological impairment, challenging behaviours and complex health needs and is proving an enjoyable and beneficial whole experience for more vulnerable adults with Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
 
It was developed by Lorraine Senior a reflexologist with her own private practice and qualified teacher working for over 20 years in both mainstream and special educational need environments supporting pupils and families.
